§ 1. General Provisions
These Regulations define the rules for using the website available at devconcept.eu, operated by DevConcept Venture Lab. Registration data: ul. Romualda Mielczarskiego 121, 25-611 Kielce, NIP: 9591437100, REGON: 260030117. The Service serves as a corporate showcase presenting technological competence, product portfolio, and software engineering services.
§ 2. Definitions and Technical Requirements
User – any entity visiting the Service. Electronic Services – free services provided in the Service, in particular: browsing informative content and Whitepapers and providing a contact form. Technical requirements: web browser supporting HTML5/CSS3/JS with JavaScript enabled.
§ 3. Intellectual Property Protection (IP Protection)
All content presented in the devconcept.eu domain, including in particular the unique visual style of the interface (Command Center Style), information architecture, Hub & Spoke diagrams, and website source code, are the exclusive property of the Provider. Copying, modification, and reverse engineering without the written consent of DevConcept are prohibited.
§ 4. Nature of Information (Exclusion of Liability)
Performance metrics presented in the service (e.g., Latency <50ms, Margin +12%) are for illustrative purposes. This content does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but is an invitation to conclude a contract. Binding SLA parameters and technical guarantees are defined exclusively in individual implementation agreements.
§ 5. Rules for Using the Contact Form
The User undertakes to use the contact form in accordance with the law. Providing unlawful content, including malware and SPAM, is prohibited. The Provider reserves the right not to respond to inquiries that do not meet business communication standards.
§ 6. Security and Penetration Testing
The Provider makes every effort to secure the Service (TLS 1.3, security headers). Attempting unauthorized access, port scanning, or DDoS attacks is prohibited. Legal security testing is allowed only after obtaining written consent.
§ 7. Complaint Procedure
Complaints regarding the operation of the Service can be reported to: biuro@devconcept.eu. The report should contain a description of the problem and the date of its occurrence. The Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
§ 8. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law apply. The competent court for resolving disputes arising from the use of the Service by entities other than consumers is the court competent for the Provider's seat (Kielce).
